AiBot is a private assistant for keeping records in Google Sheets and Google Docs through Telegram. It is not a public service: access is granted by the owner of the application, and there is no self-service sign-up.
The application is used by its owner and by the people the owner has added to the allow list. Messages from anyone else are ignored. Access may not be passed on to third parties without the owner’s consent.
By using the application you agree:
Records are produced by a language model, and it can make mistakes: misread a total on a receipt, or get a date or category wrong. Every record lands in your own documents, can be corrected by hand, and the most recent action can be undone with a button. Verifying the data is the user’s responsibility; the application is not a substitute for accounting.
The application is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The owner may change it or discontinue it at any time. Your data remains in your Google Sheets and Docs and is not lost if that happens.
The owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the application, including errors in records, loss of data, or unavailability of the service.
