Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026

This policy explains what data the AiBot application (“the application”) processes, why, where it is stored and how to revoke its access. The application is a private tool and is not offered as a public service.

Who processes the data

The owner of the application. For any question or request, contact ohmygateapp@gmail.com.

Google data the application accesses

The application requests a single scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This grants access only to the Google Drive files and folders that the application itself created. Every other file in your Google Drive, along with your mail, contacts and calendar, is inaccessible to it: the application can neither read them, nor modify them, nor learn that they exist.

The files it creates hold: expense records (date, amount, currency, category, description, and the name of the person who added it), receipt images, project tasks (title, status, assignee, due date, description) and text entries in project journals.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used solely to provide the features of the application: creating a spreadsheet or document, adding or updating a row, uploading a receipt image, and reading records to answer a user’s question.

The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling or resale, and does not transfer it to third parties except as described in “Data sharing” below.

Google user data is not used to train artificial-intelligence models.

Telegram data

The application operates in the chats the owner has added to its allow list. In those chats it stores messages (text, sender, timestamp and whether a photo was attached) so that it can produce summaries on request: the Telegram bot interface does not let a bot retrieve past conversation history. Messages are kept for no longer than 90 days and are then deleted automatically.

Data sharing

Message text and any attached images are sent to Anthropic (the Claude model) to be interpreted and structured; without this the application cannot understand a request. Anthropic processes this data under its own terms and does not use it to train its models.

No data is shared with any other third party. The application uses no analytics, advertising networks or trackers.

Where data is stored

Retention

Chat messages are deleted automatically after 90 days. Records in Google Sheets and Docs remain until you delete them, because they belong to you. Service records on the server are removed together with the database when the application is decommissioned.

How to revoke access

You can revoke the permission granted to the application at any time on the Third-party apps & services page of your Google Account. Access ends immediately; the spreadsheets, documents and images already created remain yours.

To have the data stored on the application’s server deleted, write to ohmygateapp@gmail.com.

Limited Use

The application’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page is updated. The owner notifies users of the application directly about material changes.
