A private assistant that turns Telegram messages into tidy records
in your own Google Sheets and Google Docs.
What it does
Records expenses. A message such as “coffee 100” becomes a row in an expense
book: date, amount, category, description and who added it.
Reads receipts. A photo of a receipt becomes an expense record with the total
and the date, while the photo itself is stored on Google Drive and linked from the sheet.
Tracks projects. Tasks with status, assignee and due date live in the project
spreadsheet; notes and decisions are appended to the project journal in Google Docs.
Summarises conversations. On request it collects topics, decisions, action
items and open questions from a group discussion.
How it works
The application runs as a Telegram bot and replies only to the people and in the chats that the
owner has added to an allow list. Messages are interpreted by Claude, a language model by Anthropic.
Access to Google is granted with a single permission,
drive.file. The application can see and modify
only the files it created itself. Every other document in your Google Drive stays
out of its reach.
Who uses it
This is a private tool, not a public service. There is no sign-up: the owner grants access by
adding a person to the allow list.
